THE NEW PHILLYGHOSTWRITER
45 Years of Writing Power, Community Impact & Creative Excellence
Frank E. Porter is one of the most seasoned ghostwriters in the greater Philadelphia region — with more than 45 years of experience transforming ideas into powerful written work. From business plans that secure funding to grant proposals that open doors, Frank has been the quiet force behind businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders who needed the right words at the right time.
Whether you need a business plan, a funding proposal, a book, a website, or a complete digital identity — I bring clarity, structure, and storytelling that elevates your voice. I use one simple, successful formula:
You describe it. I write it. We build it.
BUSINESS PLANS
Business Plans That Open Doors
Whether you're launching a startup or expanding an established company, a strong business plan is your most powerful tool. I write clear, compelling, investor-ready business plans that tell your story and make the numbers make sense.
FUNDING PROPOSALS
Funding Proposals That Get Results
I've helped entrepreneurs and organizations secure funding from banks, investors, and institutions for more than four decades. My proposals are built on research, credibility, and the persuasive power of a well-told story.
GRANTS
Grant Writing That Wins Approvals
From federal and state grants to foundation and community awards — I write grant applications that are thorough, competitive, and strategically positioned to win. Let's find the funding your mission deserves. NOW!
THE BLOG
Beyond Business: Writing That Matters
The New PhillyGhostWriter.com is more than a writing service — it's a platform for truth. My blog features two ongoing social awareness series:
THE BLACKMAN WHITE PAPERS — Deep-dive essays on the economic, social, and cultural forces shaping the Black experience in America. Rooted in research. Written to ignite conversation.
THE ERASURE SERIES — A chronicle of the systematic removal of Black history, Black businesses, and Black voices from the American narrative. These are the stories that don't get told — until now.
